Aetna Realty Receivership
Aetna Realty’s services extend to serving as court-appointed Receiver. We work with local and large national banks and lenders with distressed commercial properties, coordinating all services as needed including Legal, Property Management, Leasing, and Disposition. We concentrate on the key areas of revenue growth that are specific to each project in order to stabilize the asset and maximize the properties cash flow.
We have experience serving as Receiver of commercial real estate assets including industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and distressed shopping centers.
Aetna Realty receivership services include:
- Stabilization of property operations and retention of tenants
- Development and implementation of value-added plans and exit strategy
- Oversight and direction of on-site property management team, as needed
- Evaluation and creation of marketing, leasing, and lease negotiation strategies
- Generation of and updates to periodic reports to indicate stabilization of assets
- Determine if there are any outstanding violations with the building department
- Assess the overall condition of the property and provide repair & maintenance recommendations
- Prepare and serve notices and appear in eviction court, as needed
